Located in the heart of the Blue Ridge, Bluemont Vineyard began a proud winemaking heritage in 2006. Our vineyards are located at elevations above 900 feet, offering a terrain and microclimate that supports an exceptional standard of local viticulture. With the panoramic view from our tasting room, you’ll see that elevation not only defines our location but our goal. Bluemont Vineyard offers Merlot, Norton, Vidal Blanc, Viognier, Rosé, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc as well as Strawberry, Blackberry, and Peach wines.

In 2009, Catoctin Creek® Distilling Company was founded by Becky and Scott Harris in Purcellville as the first legal distillery in Loudoun County since before Prohibition. At Catoctin Creek, we believe in high-quality food and spirits. Organic means higher quality grain and fruit, sourced locally when possible and free of pesticides and chemical additives that would come through in the spirits we produce. Sure, it is more difficult to produce organically, but the results speak for themselves.

Lost Rhino Brewing Company is a full production brewery, with partners who have been brewing in Loudoun County for many years. The goal of Lost Rhino is to brew with as many local ingredients as possible. Currently we are using hops from Sage Hill, a new hops farm in Leesburg. Going forward, we will add Lost Corner hops and malt to our list of suppliers. Lost Corner is located off Route 15, just east of Lucketts. Our root beer uses local honey from Gunter’s Honey in Berryville. Although the hops and malt crops cannot currently fill all of our needs, Lost Rhino hopes to use more local ingredients as the availability grows. At some point, we hope to be able to brew an “all Virginia” beer.

What is Notaviva? It is the intrinsic effect of music upon human emotion, or put simply, it is the feeling you get when you hear your favorite song. Our goal in the founding of our vineyard is to capture those feelings and put them in our wines. Be it joy or sadness, we endeavor to create wines that will connect our patrons with their occasions. Founded by Stephen and Shannon Mackey, Notaviva Vineyards is redefining the winery experience.
